AMERICA'S COPPER BONUS❕: Guam is one of sixteen US territories, and one of five that are permanently inhabited. It's located in the northwestern Pacific Ocean□and is an island in Micronesia. The island was first visited□by the Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan in 1521 while sailing⛵for the King□of Spain, but in 1898, it was ceded to the US in the aftermath of the Spanish-American War□. Guam is often called the place where "America Starts Its Day,"□because it is located on the other side of the International Date□. FUN FACT: The beaches of Guam do not have sand.
